He is a former CEO of the Lehndorff group and Newstar Technologies Inc.

Todd Halpern

Appointed Director-Mr. Halpern is Chairman and CEO of Halpern wines, Chairman of quantitative Alpha trading Inc., Director of Mobilotto Inc. and the University Hospital Network (UHN).

Barry Pickford

Appoint the Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee-Mr. Pickford, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, is Director of Ornge and President of epilepsy Toronto. Mr. Pickford is a former Vice-President, tax at KPMG and a former Senior Vice President of the BC & Bell Canada.
